RULES AND REGULATIONS:

- A trail:

• The A trail race will be ruled by the FFME regulations, you can find it here.
  

• Required materia: as specified in the said regulations, but specifically: helmet, arva, shovel, probe, crampons, harness wiht 1m rope, carabiner and disipator - "shock-absorver via ferrata" UIAA standard 128 (Do not forget the harness, the carabiner and the disipator) Please do take a look at the changes for the 2009-10 season in terms of material for the races here (in French)

•   The age categories will be those specified by the FFME

- B trail:

•  

  Cadets, juniors and minimes will do the B path individually.

• For the rest of the participants: It is not a competition. Nevertheless, the required material will be: Helment, arva, shovel, probe and crampons

• On top of that, ski clothes as usual, ski glasses, gloves, etc.
