17'00 – 23'00h: Pick-up of registration bags at the ski fair in the old Casino building at Luz Saint Sauveur.
Throghout the evening there will be a screening of next day's paths, including all relevant details.
The Luz former Casino builing is located next to the public swimming pool, along the exit towards Luz Ardiden and Gavarnie. For the detailed location see the attached map:
SATURDAY JANUARY 30th:
07'30h - 08'00h: Last minute bib pickup at the Tourmalet departure point.
08'30h: Tourmalet (Superbareges) departure for both A and B trails.
11'00h: Arrival of first skiers.
14'00h: Arrival will be closed down.
Throghout the evening there will be a screening of next day's paths, including all relevant details. The list of lottery winners will be published within the evening at the ski fair.
SUNDAY JANUARY 31st:
08'30h: Departure at the Luz Ardiden ski resort
10'30h: First participants arrival
13'00h: Arrival will be closed down
13'30h: Trophies ceremony and farewell to all skiers. In order to ease the return home of all participants, the ceremony will be speed up as much as possible.
